This quick sandwich is so easy to make, impressive when served, and addictively delicious.

Ingredients:

• 1 Baguette

• goat cheese

• honey

• your favorite cured meat

• arugula

Recipe:

1. Cut the baguette in half.

2. Spread one half of the bread with goat cheese, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with arugula. On the other half of bread lay down slices of cured meat.

3. Bring both halves together and cut in the center. Serve immediately.
